Youth Empowerment focuses on giving young people practical skills, leadership exposure, and opportunities to contribute meaningfully to community work. It is a core part of how Thimo Ciitu builds a strong, active membership base.
The program connects learning with participation. Members are supported through skills development, event involvement, leadership roles, and hands-on community service that helps turn ideas into action.
